The files are for a PLAIN medic alert keyring(except the cross), a PLAIN medic alert Bracelet (except crosses) and as shown for the medical pouch only

YOU WILL NEED TO ADD YOUR OWN TEXT TO THE BRACELET AND KEYRING
I can create files with added text if you do not have the means to do it yourself, please get in touch and I can create a listing for you

This design is really quick to stitch out and is great for scraps
It is made using leatherette/vinyl and fleece /felt

Made in the hoop, you will require a 5×7 inch hoop to create these items

This is an INSTANT DOWNLOAD and NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SENT. you will need an embroidery machine and the know-how to use it in order to use this file. You can add your own design to this file
